AbSciCon 2008 will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center in the heart of Silicon Valley. The convention center is a 262,000 square foot state-of-the-art meeting, trade, and convention complex which has taken its cue from the dynamic businesses that surround it.

AbSciCon 2008 plenary sessions will be held in a state-of-the-art theater comfortably seating 600 people, with an adjacent overflow room. Oral sessions will continue in the theater and adjacent meeting rooms on the second floor of the convention center where a large room is dedicated to poster sessions. Lobbies and outdoor terraces provide comfortable sites for conversations, breaks and lunch. The parking garage connects directly to the convention center, and there is a light rail station in front of the convention center.
